My journey in fitness started with rugby, progressed into strongman (where I competed at Britains Strongest Man u80Kg) and eventually led me to my passion for functional fitness.
I’ve always been drawn to training that pushes both body and mindset, but what I love most is the community side of it, especially team workouts, where people challenge each other, work together, and have fun in the process.
For me, fitness should never feel like a chore. The best results come when people actually enjoy showing up, and that’s exactly the environment we aim to create at Eleven Athletic. I like to make sure my classes are a place where hard work, progress and enjoyment all go hand in hand.
