I've been in the fitness industry for over 12 years!
What got me into fitness was not seeing females in the "weight" section of the gym. I wanted women to feel like they belong there too. If I can help one person a day my job is done so it's important to me that people find a reason to exercise and stay healthy.
I competed in body building from 2021-2023 collecting 2 medals and losing 20kg, So I understand first hand what it feels like to go through the rollercoaster of loseing and gaining weight. I now compete in CrossFit and strive to be as fit as possible, from being able to lift heavy loads to being able to run any distance at any given time.
